With their boys getting bigger and more active (especially Charlie), the Furr’s knew it was time for more room. In short order Andrea was working with them to help prepare their home for market; soon after we listed it they had an offer. Coincidentally, Jennifer’s parents, the Culwells, were retiring and wanted to be near their Tyler family. It was a big plus when they found a place just across the pond from a home the Furr’s liked. Now grandsons Cameron and Charlie are just a short walk away from their grandparents. We have worked with a number of extended families wanting to move closer together and it is always a special treat, because that is just what brought us to Tyler!
